All updates and amendments shall be notified to you via posts on our website or social media platforms or through email. The revised version will be effective at the time we make such a post, and in the event you continue to use our Website, you are agreeing to the revised Terms and Privacy Policy expressed herein. In addition, when you use any current or future Services or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with the company or third party vendors, whether or not included in the Website, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or merchant.
Not Medical Advice
The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase Intangible/Digital data pertaining to mediation and associated meditation programs (through Bab-e-Hikmat). The Site also gives you the opportunity to register for courses, designed experiences and retreat models, done in person or online with instruction from a qualified instructor, or likewise in groups at various times and avenues organized by the Company (through Dar-e-Bekhudi).
It is to be noted that not all meditation programs are suitable for everyone. Neither do they promise any relief from any medical conditions and/or chronic or recurring physical conditions. The instruction presented in the intangible/digital meditation programs herein is in no way intended as a substitute for medical advice or counseling. Always contact your physician or health care specialist if you have any questions regarding your physical conditions or about the suitability of any of such exercises for you.
The meditation programs and all associated exercises and use of the programs are produced for educational purposes and performed strictly at your own risk. The user assumes all risks of injury in the use of this program and Be-khudi will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages, complications, or injuries that may result from the use of its programs.
Paid Services from Be-khudi (Dar-e-Bekhudi)
Be-khudi offers paid Services (i.e. online and in-person training courses) for a fee in the forms of subscriptions or one-time fees for specific Services. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted and must be paid in Pakistani Rupee. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for Be-khudi and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism and protocol associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend your use of Services without notice. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and Be-khudi reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services. Refunds are not offered for such Services at this time. Products from Be-khudi (Bab-e-Hikmat)
Be-khudi allows you to browse, select and purchase Intangible/Digital and Physical “Goods” or “Products”. As a condition of purchase, the Site requires your permission to send you administrative and promotional emails. We will send you information regarding your account activity and purchases, as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. You can opt out of our promotional emails anytime by clicking the ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ link at the bottom of any of our email correspondences. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
The offers made in those promotional emails or SMS/MMS shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company owes no responsibility to provide you any information regarding such change. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase products you have selected based on standard Site restrictions, Merchant specific restrictions, and on the terms and conditions stated below. This is required so we can provide you with easy access to print your orders and view your past purchases.
No monetary refunds will be entertained for all items (intangible/digital and physical). However, physical items can be exchanged in specific cases. For more details read the Returns and Exchange Policy. Delivery charges of Rs. 250 are applicable on all orders within the city of Karachi. Accordingly, Be-khudi may terminate your use of any Service for any reason. If your use of an on-going paid Service is terminated, a refund may be available under our Return and Exchange Policy. Moreover, we also reserve the right to refuse offering Services to anyone owing to our workload and other limitations we may have.
We may not be able to deliver the Services to certain regions or countries for various reasons, including due to applicable export control requirements or internet access limitations and restrictions from governments. None of Be-khudi, its Content Providers and instructors, its contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents shall have any liability to you for any such action. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.

The services and all other content and materials are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Be-khudi specifically disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. Be-khudi further disclaim any and all liability related to your access or use of the services or other content and materials.
While we make good faith efforts to include substantially accurate information in the services, errors or omissions may occur. If we receive notice of errors or omissions, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them in due course; but we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, performance, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the services, that the services will meet your requirements, or as to the results that will be derived from using any of the information included in the services.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, be-khudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any party other than be-khudi , including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information. In no event shall be-khudi’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed one hundred u.S. Dollars ($100) or the total amount of fees received by be-khudi from you for the use of paid services during the past three months, whichever is greater.
You assume all responsibilities and obligations with respect to any decisions, advice, conclusions or recommendations made or given as a result of the use of the services, including without limitation any decision made or action taken by you in reliance upon our services.
You agree to seek advice from a licensed medical provider before performing any physical activity suggested by be-khudi.
None of the information provided in connection with the services shall be construed to constitute medical, psychological, financial or accounting, legal or other professional advice; we urge you to consult with an appropriate licensed professional if you seek any such advice.
You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in this terms of use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and be-khudi , and that these limitations are an essential basis to be-khudi’s ability to make the services available to you on an economically feasible basis.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold BE-KHUDI harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
