For orders within Karachi
We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly prepare and dispatch your order. Most commonly, all items are prepared after the order is placed, or lifted from our warehouse and dispatched within the first four or five business days.
However, we will let you know via email, phone call or SMS if there is any unforeseen issue because of which there is a delay expected.
In Karachi, we partner with Bykea and they are responsible for delivery of products. All delivery costs within the city are charged at a flat Rs 250 rate.
In case your product needs to be returned or exchanged at the time of inspecting it when it arrives, you can request our rider to take it back. However, if it needs to be returned after its delivery, you will need to bear the cost of sending it back to our premises within. For more details on this, please read Returns and Exchange Policy.
For national and international orders
For nationwide delivery, we use TCS & Leopards services. In this case, the cost of shipping is as per actual and the customer is informed through their contact information, before the order is processed. Once the confirmation is made, and the online payment is received we initiate the order. The projected delivery time for all orders out of Karachi are based on in-house 4 to 5 days of processing time, and actual time of shipment by our courier service providers.
For international orders a similar process is followed. We notify the expected shipment costs to the customers before processing the order and once the confirmation is made, and the online payment is received we initiate the order. Delays
