If you cannot attend the Meditation Circle session you signed up for, you will need to notify us 2 days in advance, so we can give your slot to someone else. And in this case you can take a successive slot within the following month. In case you are unable to notify us and are not able to attend, you will not be able to get another slot.

Although Meditation Circles are not a part of our Private and Corporate Services, we are happy to speak with you regarding hosting Meditation Circles. In case the details regarding logistics and spatial design are acceptable we can proceed. You can email us at [email protected] with details.

Yes. We do work with individuals and groups through zoom for this course.

It is possible to work this out with your instructor, and find a mutually convenient timing. This is mostly done for individuals joining online from out of Pakistan. Otherwise, most in-person sessions are done at the slot provided.

No. We mostly work with direct bank transfers, which is done before we can give you a slot for any of the Services at Dar-e-Bekhudi.

In very rare situations, it is possible to have a cash transaction. For example, the inaccessibility of banking.

It is possible for you to discuss this option and owing to your situation we are happy to accommodate.

No. We do not offer any refund at this time for Services at Dar-e-Bekhudi. For more details read our Returns and Exchange Policy.

We are working on this model and hope to start such retreats within Pakistan and abroad. 

Yes. Corporate Trainings can be organized out of city and country, after working out the logistics and other details.

This is not common because of costs of delivery. But we are happy to work with customers interested in working with us to calculate delivery costs and proceed.

Please go to the SHOP button, add your products to the cart and fill out your details in the form and process the payment through the attached payment methods you prefer.

We process payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, EasyPaisa, Direct Bank Transfers for the Intangible/Digital products. For our physical products we use the above as well as Cash on Delivery.

This depends on your location, usually it takes 4-6 working days. In case there are any delays for unforeseen reasons, you will be notified through the email and/or number you have shared.

Our delivery charges are Rs 250, and sent through Bykea within Karachi. But for inter-city shipping the costs are as per actual and borne by the customers. You will be notified of the costs before the order is processed. There are no other hidden charges.

You can drop us a message on Instagram and cancel the order within 24 hours of order placement, without any charge. However, after 24 hours, the order will be processed and you will be requested to honour the purchase in case of Cash on Delivery. In case the payment has already been made, we will send you the products at the address submitted at the time pf placing the order.

Our customers are requested to check the products at the time of receiving them. In case you receive a damaged product, you can return the product to the representative who has brought it to your doorstep. And we will replace it for you as per normal processing time.

In case you were unable to check at the time of receiving, and you discover the product is damaged, you must contact us and share details within 24 hours. In this case you will need to bear the cost of sending it back to us. We will then exchange it for you. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.

This is neat - alumni from AKU-ISMC have set up an Urdu-English meditation platform to help people cope with the crisis of uncertainty and lockdown. We make a big deal about training future leaders in AKU-ISMC and sometimes that means people who have obvious positions of authority, like politicians, diplomats, scholars or entrepreneurs, but sometimes it means taking a lead in more personal capacities to try and make things better for others.
