Welcome to our Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to be exclusively on a one-on-one basis with personalized attention for a richer learning experience.

They will provide you with everything you need to know to practice mindfulness and apply it in your daily life, in order to enjoy its benefits. These sessions are a blend of mindfulness techniques and meditation practices where you will be provided with reflective mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, a series of videos and scientific-based readings to further enhance? your knowledge of this discipline. You will find all these practices easy, effective and enjoyable to improve your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

1. “Basics of Meditation and Mindfulness” – 4 Session Plan | 50 minutes

This is the basic toolset to get you started on the path to training yourself with meditation and mindfulness techniques. It equips you with a good understanding of this practice. If you want an introduction and begin applying some mindfulness techniques in your daily life, then this will be an ideal plan for you.

2. . “Art of Meditation and Mindfulness” – 8 Session Plan | 50 minutes

This is our most sought-after plan as it is a comprehensive step by step process, which teaches you the discipline and gives you the confidence to make it your ‘own’ practice. If you are seeking a strong foundation in meditation and mindfulness, and support in fostering its habits as a way of life, then this will an ideal choice.

In each coaching plan, the one-on-one format significantly allows for a personalized experience and real conversations, which dominate the flow and development of the training. Join us to experience increased levels of energy, heightened self-awareness and a lasting sense of calm!

What are Chakras and Auras?

As human beings, we are much more than just our physical bodies. We know through scientific research today that all psychological processes such as thoughts, emotions and beliefs are composed of energy, which in turn have a grave influence on our material existence. We constantly conduct electromagnetic energy which is radiated throughout our body, enabling it to fully function.

Traditions of Eastern heritage tell us that this energy flows through the Seven Chakras of our body, starting at the base of the spine and ending at the Crown Chakra, at the top of the head. These points are ‘energy centers’ that work together to maintain a regular flow of energy throughout the body.

The state of our Chakras is always related to our current life situation, as well as past experiences. And so, when we are faced with difficult life situations such as childhood trauma, limiting belief systems, stress, or physical and emotional injuries, the flow of energy becomes imbalanced. The flow is either deficient or excessive, blocking our chakras – similar to how our mind gets blocked when facing a difficult decision. These blockages become lasting impediments in sustaining our emotional and physical well-being.

Altogether, the Chakras connect as our Aura, which becomes the energy field surrounding a person’s body, emanating information about their current state, mood and condition. Auras can be sensed around the physical body. For example, some people just make you feel calm, while some could make you anxious. These experiences are coming from you sensing their aura.

As we are all essentially energy, it is now known that we can work with this flow of energy to encourage healing. And so, it becomes essential for us to take care of our energetic body by keeping our chakras balanced and aura cleansed for our overall well-being.

Chakra and Aura Healing Session

Welcome to our Chakra and Aura Healing sessions. These are done in person, carefully designed with energy healing techniques to harmonize the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body. In these sessions, the following will be offered:

  1. You will get a chance for an in-person, one on one Guided Meditation for initiating the healing session.
  2. Reiki and Crystal healing techniques will be used to cleanse, align, and charge your Chakras one by one, followed by a cleansing of your aura.
  3. You will be asked to fill out a form to get a Chakra Assessment Reading with healing practices suitable for you in your daily life to keep your Chakras in the balance after the session.

It is important to note that since every person’s condition is unique, the outcome of healing is also varied. The outcome of this practice is also dependent on our beliefs and how we approach them. Join us to increase the life force energy within you.
